USE THE SERVICE IN 4 STEPS:

STEP 1: SELECT AND ORDER

Select the desired products from www.office1.bg and add them to the cart, then select the delivery method "Pick up in store".

STEP 2: CHOOSE A STORE FOR DELIVERY

When ordering, select the option "Pick up from store". From the drop-down menu, select the store that is most convenient for you to pick up your delivery from.

STEP 3: PAYMENT METHOD

Pay for your order via Epay, debit/credit card or cash on delivery.

STEP 4: PICK UP YOUR ORDER AT A CONVENIENT TIME

You will receive a notification that your order is at the store you specified and you can pick it up.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS:

  • To use the "Click & Collect" service, the order is paid for via Epay, debit/credit card or cash on delivery.
  • If you cancel your order, we will refund the amount you paid, via bank transfer, within 30 days.
  • If the products you selected are available in the store you specified, you can pick them up within two hours of ordering.
  • If the products are not available in the store you selected, they must be paid for via Epay or debit/credit card. When ordering, the delivery time to the store you selected is 3 working days. The exact delivery time will be noted at the end of the order, and you will receive confirmation when your order is ready.
  • If you have selected two or more products in the cart, among which there is a product that is not available in the store you selected, you will receive the products together within 3 working days. The exact delivery time will be noted at the end of the order, and you will also receive a confirmation email when your order is ready.
  • If the product is on demand, you will receive it at your chosen store within 3 business days of its specified delivery date. Example: If the product you have chosen is mentioned as being available for delivery on April 20, when using the "Pick up from store" service, you can receive it at the respective store on April 23.
