DELIVERY, TRANSPORTATION AND INSTALLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR INDIVIDUALS AND LEGAL ENTITIES

I. Delivery - this service includes delivery of the order to the entrance of the specified address, provided that it is accessible by truck.

The delivery fee for a single order is calculated based on the contents and value::

Delivery of goods to Sofia:

Orders placed before 5 p.m. are usually delivered within the next business day.

Orders placed after 5 p.m. are usually delivered within the next two business days.

Delivery of goods within the country:

Orders placed before 2 p.m. are usually delivered within the next business day.

Orders placed after 2 p.m. are usually delivered within the next two business days.

Delivery of furniture to Sofia and within the country:

Delivery of available furniture items is usually made within 7 to 30 business days, depending on the type of item. The specific usual delivery times for each furniture item are listed at www.office1.bg и in the printed publications of Panda Cooperative.

II. Delivery - this service includes bringing the order into the building/premises/facility and delivering it to the floor and room. The lack of an elevator in the building or the need to bring the order to a higher floor does not change the unit price for delivery. The delivery of furniture items is carried out according to a schedule on the day of delivery, but in all cases within the furniture delivery period of between 7 and 30 working days, depending on the type of item.

The delivery fee for an order is calculated as the sum of the prices of each item in the order subject to delivery, calculated according to its quantity and categorization based on weight in the relevant group of items:

The unit price for delivery of 1 item of the respective product and the minimum delivery fee for a single order are specified at www.office1.bg in the Description section of the product sales offer.

Oversized and bulky items are charged by volume weight according to the following formula: length x width x height x 167 kg/m3. The tariff weight used to calculate the delivery fee for the item is the greater of the actual and volume weight.

III. Assembly - this service includes assembly in the building/premises/facility. The assembly of furniture items is carried out according to a schedule and may not be performed on the day of delivery and delivery, but in any case within 5 working days from the day of delivery of the furniture.

The installation fee for an order is calculated as the sum of the prices of each item in the order that requires installation, calculated according to its quantity and categorization based on the installation complexity in the respective group of items:

Note:

All available Goods of the Trader can be received directly from its warehouse through transport organized by the wholesaler at the latter's expense.

These Terms and Conditions for Delivery, Delivery, and Installation were adopted on February 28, 2025, and shall enter into force on April 1, 2025.

Amendments and additions to these Terms and Conditions for Delivery, Distribution, and Installation were adopted on February 28, 2025, and shall enter into force on April 1, 2025.
