GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PROVISION OF DESIGN AND PRINTING SERVICES

The Contractor Panda Cooperative, UIC 000885099 produces advertising materials, branding of media and company seals through design and printing services based on the Client's order.

1. In the case of a pre-print project by the Client

The Client may provide their own logo, graphic materials and information before printing.

The Client should provide the Contractor with electronic files with high resolution of the images, with preserved font and colors, in an appropriate format, meeting the desired result of vision and quality of the print and the following requirements:

1.1. Color requirements

  • Color – CMYK (Pantone) - as directed by the Contractor
  • Scale – 1:1 (resolution from 60 to 300 DPI) or
  • Scale – 1:10 (resolution - 400 DPI)
  • Logo colors – CMYK (Pantone)
  • Texts, turned into curves or a file with the font used

1.2. File requirements

The client should provide their company logo as a vector file in one of the acceptable formats: pdf, .ai, .cdr, .eps, .svg, .tif

Important! The file extension does not guarantee that the image contained in it is in the appropriate vector format. It is possible that the file has an extension from among the acceptable formats pdf, .ai, .cdr, .eps, .svg, .tif and at the same time contains raster images that require additional processing for vectorization of the file.

1.3. Vectorization of the Client's file

In the event that the file provided by the Client requires additional processing for vectorization of the file, the price of vectorization is determined by the complexity of the image, and the Contractor is obliged to inform the Client about the price and the need for additional payment for vectorization.

Important! Not every logo in vector format is suitable for every advertising medium - it is possible that small elements or texts in small font may be illegible after printing on advertising medium with a small physical area or specific texture.

The Contractor is not responsible for complaints about the printed print that arose as a result of the poor quality and/or low resolution of the Client's file, which was not vectorized by the Contractor or which was vectorized by the Contractor, but the Client insists on using small elements or texts in small font, unsuitable for printing on advertising medium with a small physical area or specific texture.

The Contractor has the right to refuse to perform printing without liability if the Client fails to pay the due remuneration on time and/or provides materials with content prohibited by law.

2. When the Contractor is assigned to produce a pre-print project

The Client may assign the Contractor to produce a logo and graphic materials before printing.

The Contractor produces the pre-print project within the agreed period, after which the Client must review and approve it in writing within 7 days of receiving the notification of the finished project. If corrections are necessary, the Client must provide precise instructions for implementation, and the Contractor, in turn, undertakes to make the corrections to the project while adhering to the instructions to the maximum extent possible.

The Contractor shall perform up to 2 (two) corrections to 1 (one) pre-print project of the Client at its own expense, with each subsequent correction remaining at the expense of the Client, regardless of the reasons for its necessity.

All corrections after the Client has approved the printing project are at his expense and are paid additionally.

Important! The Contractor is not responsible and will not fulfill at his expense complaints for the completed printing due to errors and inaccuracies in the pre-print project that has received the written approval of the Client, except when the Contractor has deviated significantly from the approved pre-print project.

3. Possible color differences

3.1. Possible color differences of the images

The images of advertising media included in each pre-print project prepared by the Contractor are provided by the manufacturer and are illustrative in nature. It is possible that the images of the logo and advertising media create an incorrect idea of ​​the real colors due to the difference in the calibration (brightness, contrast and gamma) of the monitor or display used, leading to a change in color rendering.

Important! The Contractor is not responsible and will not fulfill at its own expense any claims for completed printing based on:

- discrepancies between the colors of the pre-print project and the colors of the advertising medium after printing, except when the Contractor has deviated significantly in the choice of color in the pre-print project

- errors, omissions or differences in colors after approval by the Client of the pre-print project.

3.2. Possible color differences in batches of advertising media

Minor color differences are possible in the advertising media supplied by the manufacturer in previous batches and the specific batch used for printing with such products.

Important! The Contractor is not responsible and will not fulfill at its own expense any claims for completed printing based on: discrepancies between the colors of advertising media from previous batches, etc.

The Contractor is not responsible and will not fulfill at its own expense any claims for completed printing based on: - discrepancies between the colors of the advertising media from previous batches and the current batch used for printing, except when the Contractor has deviated significantly in the selection of the color of the advertising media during printing - errors, omissions or differences in colors after the Client's approval of the pre-print project.

4. Execution period

The printing execution period begins on the business day following the Client's written approval of the finalized pre-print project, regardless of whether it was provided by the Client or prepared by the Contractor.

5. Responsibility

The Client is fully responsible for the content of the logo, graphic materials, information and pre-print project provided by it, including the overall design, images, spelling, punctuation, font type and size, etc.

The Client bears full responsibility for the rights to use all images, texts and graphic elements contained in the logo, graphic materials, information and the pre-print project provided by him.

The Client grants the Contractor a non-exclusive right to use for the purposes of printing services all images, texts and graphic elements contained in the logo, graphic materials, information and the pre-print project provided by him.

The Client grants the Contractor a non-exclusive right to use, without prior consent, photos of the finished advertising media with a print applied for the purpose of advertising the Contractor's printing services to third parties.

When the Contractor develops the pre-print project, he bears full responsibility for the rights to use all images, texts and graphic elements contained in the logo, graphic materials, information and the pre-print project provided by him.
