The design of the cover is inspired by the works of the Cokerel family, which are no longer in business, but have been known for over a century for their bookmaking. The Cockerell and Son Bindery are known for their unique style of paper marble developed by the late Sydney (Sandy) M. For his contribution to paper art, Sydney Cokerel was awarded the Order of the British Empire and received an honorary doctorate from Cambridge.
