The creation of self-taught artist Laurel Birch is the inspiration for this artistic design of Paperblanks. It features typical artistic forms such as moons, suns, bright colors and flying fish.
Laurel Birch (1945"2007) began to produce unique jewelry in the 1960s in the Heath Ashbury district of San Francisco when she was only 19 years old. By the 1970s she was an internationally renowned artist and designer with recognizable palette and style. Laurel's paintings were filled with imaginary visions, living colors and living creatures.
