Vincent van Gogh (1853-1890) was one of the great post-stimpressionist artists. After moving to the city of Arles in 1888, he began experimenting with the still lifes which he called the color studies. We are honored to partner with the Burns Foundation to present one of Van Gogh's most wonderful works in our collection.
