Description

  • The set to demonstrate the principles of storage and conversion of energy through a fuel cell shall consist of:
           -reversible fuel cell;
           -gas storage block;
           -sun panel;
           -needed supplies for work;
           - instructions.
  • See how hydrogen is produced through an energy supply using a solar panel or external power supply (a battery compartment). The hydrogen produced can then be used by the fuel cell to drive low-power consumers.
  • Technical data of the fuel cell:
           -power supply: 1.7 ... 3 V DC, 0 ... 0,7 A, H2;
           -production: max. 5 ml/min;
           - Output power: 0 ... 0.6 V DC, 0 ... 0.3 A (max. 180 mW);
           -Size of the membrane: approx. 25 x 25 mm.
