Natural wood charcoals are the oldest sketching and painting material in the world. The gray-blue touch is applied softly on the paper, easily rubbed and carried out, can be erased without difficulty, and can be applied repeatedly. The blue hue has always been impressive, even for ancient artists. The charcoal pencils leave a much darker line. In combination with soot and clay, it gives pencils intense black color and can be produced to a different degree of hardness.
