Description

  • Bresser Messier MCX-102 GoTo is a universal catadioptric telescope with Maksutov-Cassegrain optical system that combines compact dimensions, high precision and automated control. It is suitable for beginners lovers of astronomy and for more advanced users who want to watch the moon, planets, objects from deep space and even the sun with the solar filter on.
  • Optics with a diameter of 102 mm and a focal distance of 1470 mm provide a bright, contrastive and detailed image, and the multilayer FMC coating increases light transmittance for an even better quality of observation. The compact and closed structure protects the optics from dust and moisture and makes the telescope easy to transport.
  • The integrated GoTo system automatically directs the telescope to selected celestial objects. After a short initial setting and calibration by reference star you can select objects from the built-in database, and the telescope will automatically detect and track them, allowing more time for observation and photography.
  • Stable aluminum fork, both axle drive and adjustable stainless steel tripod provide excellent resistance and smooth tracking of celestial objects.
  • The telescope can work both in azimuth (AZ) and in equatorial (EQ) mode thanks to the built-in polar platform and can be used as a desktop model without tripod.
  • The kit includes an eyepiece BRESSER Super Plossl 26 mm with an increase of 56x, a red-point LED seeker, a smartphone holder for astrophotography and a 90° inverting mirror, allowing fast switching between eyeglass and camera monitoring.
  • The telescope offers a recommended increase from 36x to 204x and is an excellent choice for monitoring and photographing the night sky.
