The Black Sea Gold brand focuses on combining wine-growing with winemaking to create wines that are unique in their nature and origin. Grapes for these wines are from selected and controlled own vineyards in the Pomorie region. Microwinarism is essentially a unique process for wine production, which means handmade wine production. To preserve the freshness of the grapes, it is harvested only in the morning in small boxes and is transported in refrigerated trucks. The Salty Hills is the new series of wines of Black Sea Gold and is a reference to the mineral purity that grapes can acquire only in the region of Pomorie.
