The Black Sea Gold brand focuses on combining viticulture with winemaking to create wines that are unique in character and origin. The grapes for these wines are from selected and controlled own vineyards in the Pomorie region. Micro-winemaking is essentially the only wine production process of its kind, which means picking grapes by hand in small boxes and carefully selecting the grapes and berries. The best moment of maturity is selected for the grape harvest and the yield is severely limited. To preserve the freshness of the grapes, they are picked only in the morning in small boxes and transported in refrigerated trucks. To reveal its full potential, the grapes are processed in extremely small vinification containers, and the wine is monitored for sugar content and density at several stages of production.
