KBC GLOBAL SERVICES N.V.

Office1 implemented the complete office furnishing of the KBC GLOBAL SERVICES N.V. project, awarded the “BUILDING OF THE YEAR 2025” award in the “Office
Buildings” category.

The space includes around 140 workplaces, meeting rooms, conference booths, a high-tech room, a recreation and sports area, as well as several kitchens and free areas with bars. Special attention has been paid to acoustic solutions on the walls and ceilings, which guarantee a comfortable working environment.

The project impresses with a bench around the atrium, going around the entire floor, a boutique library with removable stools, individual lockers for employees and richly integrated greenery. Built-in lighting and upholstered elements emphasize  the architectural concept, and the unique reception creates a strong first impression.

One of the key challenges was the coordination between multiple manufacturers to achieve a complete color and material identity according to the designers' vision. Office 1 provided precise organization and control at every stage of implementation. The project is an example of a modern office space that combines functionality, aesthetics and technology, placing the person at the center of the concept.
